ShipSite (shipsite.co) is a static file hosting service. You upload files via our API and receive a unique subdomain where your content is served. Anonymous sites expire after 24 hours. Authenticated sites are retained until you delete them or your account is terminated.
You may publish anonymously without an account. To create a permanent account, you verify your email address via a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. If you believe your key has been compromised, request a new one immediately.
You own everything you publish. ShipSite does not claim any rights to your content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and make publicly accessible.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uptime or availability. We may impose or adjust rate limits, file size limits, and storage limits at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where possible.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We provide a ZIP download feature for convenience, but this does not constitute a backup guarantee. Anonymous sites are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
ShipSite records basic traffic analytics (page views, unique visitors, referrers, and top paths) for authenticated sites. Visitor IP addresses are cryptographically hashed before storage and are never stored or exposed in plain text. Analytics data is automatically deleted after 90 days.
ShipSite is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the service. Use at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
